Return Policy
If it has been 14 days or more since you received your order, it is not possible to obtain a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition and in the same state as when received, and must be in its original packaging.
Certain products, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous or flammable products such as gases and liquids, cannot be returned.
Additionally, gift cards and certain health and personal care products are non-returnable.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase and the delivery date.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Contact us by email to proceed with a return. You will need to return the product at your own expense to the address we will provide by email. Our response times may vary.
Once the product is at the address provided via email, we will proceed with a refund.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product, we will not be able to refund or exchange it.
To be eligible for a product return, it must be in the same condition to be reshipped. Your item must also be in its original packaging to be sent to the address we will provide.
You may also need to send a photo of the product for us to assess if the product is indeed damaged.
We are committed to processing your refund as soon as we receive your return. We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, proof of its shipment, or after the first email contact indicating a desire to return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on your credit card issuer.
We understand that our return procedures may seem excessive, but our experience has shown that it is important to follow them to prevent abuse. We do our best to process each return and refund request, but we must ensure that each request is justified.
If you experience delays or issues with the refund, please contact your credit card issuer or send us an email.
You can contact your bank. Processing times are not uncommon before a refund is posted.

Sometimes emails end up in spam or we make a mistake by not responding. If in doubt, resend an email.
We check if you have followed the procedures correctly. If so, we will check the database and act accordingly.
Product replacements are only made if the item is damaged. If this is the case, send an email to: contact@espritgothique.com
To make a return, please send your product to our return processing center located in Poland. We will provide you with the exact address when you contact us to initiate the return process. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We advise using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As part of the returns, you will need to pay the shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the return fees will be calculated accordingly.
