DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Our average order preparation time is exactly from 0h to five days. Our orders are not prepared on weekends.

Once processed, orders are shipped and you will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way, including a tracking number that you can use on our track your order page.

If no email arrives in your inbox, contact us.

Once you have received this tracking number, your order should arrive at your door within 7 to 14 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will have information about your order within 1 to 3 days directly on our track your order page.

Do you deliver overseas?

We do our best to deliver worldwide. We deliver all over Europe. However, some destinations beyond Europe are complicated in terms of delivery, such as overseas territories or islands. In case of doubts, please contact us. We would be happy to help you get more information regarding your case.

RETURN AND REFUND

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in case of an error. As long as your order has not been shipped, it is possible to cancel it. In this case, contact us as soon as possible, because once the order is shipped, it will be too late.
